The Ambermacs Factory is located in White River, Mpumalanga, at the heart of the largest and most sustainable macadamia growing region in the world, blessed with plenty of rain and year-round sunshine.
In addition to our own farms, we are supported by a large network of some of the best macadamia farmers in the world whose farming techniques and quality are second to none.

Our staff are everything; we support our team through learnership and uplift programs, weekly mobile medical facility visits, educational sponsorship programs and various social events. This has fostered an environment of trust, family and community in which we all look after each other and the ultimately beneficiaries of this positivity and continuous improvement are our customers and our growers.

We use solar energy and we are the first macadamia processing factory in South Africa to have developed in-house technology to turn our waste macadamia shells into pure carbon, thereby:

Capturing and sequestering CO2 which in turn is used to enrich our farmers’ soils.
